Ascendo Resources is proud to partner with a global financial services company in their search for an Accounts Receivable Analyst! This is a hybrid role in Louisville, KY, with an annual salary of up to $55,000.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle collections professionally and effectively
• Comfortable with manual data entry and highly attentive to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Achieve key AR targets, including cash collection and DSO goals
• Accurately post cash receipts in Oracle AR sub-ledger in a timely manner
• Serve as the primary escalation point for brokerage fee collections
• Resolve client queries by understanding product offerings and brokerage calculations
• Prepare and distribute monthly invoices
• Reconcile revenue and invoice files to meet month-end close deadlines
• Maintain accurate aged debt reports and reconcile debtor balances
• Understand the full AR process flow, from trading systems to the general ledger
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate intercompany records
• Log and manage client queries using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with IT to integrate new business and support AR system enhancements
