Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative (Shopify Experience Required)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative with experience using Shopify to join our growing e-commerce support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support across multiple channels and ensuring a seamless shopping experience from order placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.

Resolve product, order, shipping, and return-related issues professionally and efficiently.

Use Shopify to manage orders, process returns/refunds, update customer information, and track inventory.

Document and escalate customer feedback and issues to relevant departments.

Collaborate with the operations and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Assist in creating and updating help center articles and internal FAQs.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall service processes.
Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

Hands-on experience with Shopify (order management, returns, refunds, customer profiles, etc.).

Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, professional tone.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.

Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Comfortable working across time zones and using tools like Slack, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand environment.

Familiarity with Shopify apps and third-party integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, ReCharge, Loop Returns).

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) is a plus.
