Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup

• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, storage, and documentation

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Support other departments with product delivery or special requests as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced warehouse environment

• Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods

• May be exposed to varying temperatures depending on season
