Job Title: Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. This role is essential to ensuring financial integrity and supporting overall business operations through organized and timely bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets

• Support payroll processing and track employee time and benefits, if applicable

• File and maintain records for audits and tax purposes

• Collaborate with management and external accountants as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting

• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
