Ascendo Resources is actively seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for an immediate, part-time,  temp-to-perm position.

Our client, a reputable Physical Therapy practice is located in Oyster Bay, NY 11771.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping with scheduling, check-ins, and ensuring a great experience at our clinics.

Pay Rate: $19/hr–$21/hr

Business Hours / Shifts: (about 19 hours per week)

• Wed and Fri, 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Sat, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in patients
• Schedule appointments & track plans of care
• Answer phones and handle inquiries
• Assist with transactions & office tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional personality
• Customer service experience (restaurant, retail, hospitality, or medical office)
• Tech-savvy and quick learner
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
