Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join the pharmacy team. The Pharmacy Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe dispensing of medications to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications.
• Accurately count and package medications.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of medications.
• Process insurance claims and assist customers with insurance inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and restock pharmacy shelves.
• Follow all safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State Pharmacy Technician certification and/or national certification (CPhT) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems.
