Our esteemed client in Malvern, PA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating shipments to clinical sites and patients, while maintaining accuracy and organization in a GxP-compliant warehouse environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipments in accordance with special instructions, ensuring they are expedited on time and within required specifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of packaging materials, including Credo & Bio boxes and Dry Vapor shippers, with support from the Operations Supervisor.
- Collaborate with management and team members across departments to ensure resources and capabilities meet client and service demands.
- Deliver exceptional service to both external and internal clients.
- Perform all tasks in full compliance with applicable regulatory and trade laws.
- Oversee and coordinate with third-party partners (local agents, airlines, suppliers, etc.) to ensure service standards and compliance.
- Contribute to corporate initiatives and incorporate best practices across the network.
- Manage and maintain inventory and storage areas in an organized and efficient manner.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing and operational activities.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Maintain high-quality service standards through the enforcement of organizational policies and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships to build loyalty with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous operations experience in healthcare supply chain, services, or logistics.
- Proven skills in process improvement, planning, and execution.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of IATA regulations, including the Transportation of Dangerous Goods.
- Proficiency with proprietary software, internet applications, and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey and clarify information.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Availability to work weekends as required.
