Job Title: Experienced Paralegal - Homeowner Insurance Litigation (Onsite)

Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Onsite Only)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our fast-paced legal team in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring a strong background in homeowner insurance litigation. Candidates with personal injury litigation experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in litigation.
  • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in homeowner insurance or personal injury litigation.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Paralegal certification or degree preferred.

Work Environment & Benefits:
