We are recruiting for an attorney who has at least 5 years of experience with Labor & Employment Law and is able to work onsite, meet with clients, collaborate with the Managing Partner and truly enjoys advocating for the client and obtaining the best result possible.

 

Requirements

  • Member of the Florida Bar
  • 5 or more years of employment law experience
  • Strong legal research and writing skills

 

Responsibilities

  • Drafts non-compete agreements, separation agreements, and handles matters dealing with unpaid/underpaid wages, discrimination, harassment and whistleblower claims.
  • In person meetings with clients to discuss matters
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Attend Mediations and Settlement Conferences
  • Appear in court when required
  • Able to work onsite in Coral Gables
