As the HR Generalist, you'll work alongside leadership and department managers to manage all aspects of HR. We already have a user-friendly HRIS in place, and we partner with a PEO for benefits and payroll administration—freeing you up to focus on building culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Collaborate with managers and staffing agencies to recruit top talent

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding plans

Prepare offer letters and new hire documentation

Employee Experience & Engagement
-
Lead employee engagement and wellness programs
-
Plan and coordinate monthly employee trainings

Manage PTO tracking, attendance, and general HR communications

Support and guide managers on performance feedback and improvement plans

HR Operations & Compliance
-
Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)

Partner with the PEO on payroll, benefits, and open enrollment

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and internal communications

Culture Building & Innovation

Bring new ideas to support our family-owned culture as we grow

Develop initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention

Act as a trusted resource and advocate for employees at all levels
Qualifications:

4–5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role

Experience working with or alongside a PEO is a plus

Strong understanding of HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, compliance, engagement

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in HR systems; familiarity with user-friendly HRIS tools

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Strong alignment with an in-office work culture
