Are you an experienced Legal Assistant looking to join a highly respected law firm with a strong reputation for excellence? We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious firm in Tampa that values professionalism, growth, and collaboration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a background in litigation support. The firm offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, proofread, revise, and file legal documents
  • Assist with trial preparation and case management
  • Manage court deadlines and maintain attorney calendars
  • Coordinate travel and schedule appointments
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Submit intake and conflict checks
  • Handle time entry and client billing
  • Provide backup support to other attorneys and assistants as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of litigation experience (Labor & Employment experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with State and Federal court procedures, including e-filing
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (iManage preferred)
