Role Summary:

As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy of financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. With a forward-thinking approach, you will be pivotal in ensuring all the financial operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and actively participate in daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounting department.
• As a crucial member of our finance team, you will be responsible for actively leading and participating in the department’s financial statements, reports, and summaries.
• Monitor and interpret financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field; CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role. In a public accounting firm or big 4 is a plus!
• Able to apply knowledge of US GAAP, with a general understanding of SOX
• Exceptional hand-on analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficient with Excel & QuickBooks, Netsuite is a plus!
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bilingual, English & Spanish is a plus!

Salary: $65,000 to $92,000
