We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst with expertise in ADP Global to manage and support the payroll operations across multiple countries. This role will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with international regulations, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Payroll Processing:

    • Manage and process end-to-end payroll using ADP GlobalView / ADP Celergo or similar ADP global platforms.

    • Coordinate with local payroll vendors and in-country partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.

    • Validate payroll input data including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and benefits.

  • Compliance & Audit:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

    • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining proper documentation.

    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee payroll data and ensure GDPR or relevant data protection compliance.

  • Reconciliation & Reporting:

    • Reconcile payroll reports, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.

    • Generate regular and ad hoc payroll reports for Finance, HR, and leadership teams.

    • Identify and investigate payroll discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • System & Process Management:

    • Act as the key liaison with ADP for global payroll operations, implementations, and upgrades.

    • Participate in system testing, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

    • Maintain payroll process documentation and standard operating procedures.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Compliance teams across regions.

    • Provide payroll expertise for global expansion and mobility initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll processing.

  • Hands-on experience with ADP Global platforms (GlobalView, Celergo, Workforce Now Global, etc.) is required.

  • Strong knowledge of international payroll laws and compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
