About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our busy sports facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient environment for staff, coaches, and members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing administrative functions in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations including phones, scheduling, and customer service

  • Coordinate facility schedules, staff assignments, and event bookings

  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and payroll coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, and inventory

  • Order office and facility supplies as needed

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and HR-related documentation

  • Serve as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients

  • Ensure the facility is operating efficiently and adheres to company policies

  • Assist with marketing and social media efforts when needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office management or administrative experience (sports, fitness, or recreation environment a plus)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/billing software

  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules

Compensation & Benefits
