Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in downtown Orlando. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an onsite position offering the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals on high-value real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and other due diligence materials.
  • Coordinate and manage closings, including preparation of closing checklists and documents.
  • Draft and revise legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing binders.
  • Conduct UCC searches and filings, and manage entity formation and maintenance.
  • Communicate with clients, title companies, surveyors, and other third parties to facilitate transactions.
  • Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes, title and survey review, and closing procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program preferred.
