We’re hiring a driven Field Sales & Inspection Agent! This is a full-time B2B role for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Work out in the field (not in an office) visiting residential & commercial clients.

• Build relationships with homeowners and business owners.

• Promote services and assist clients with insurance-related inspections.

• Communicate clearly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must hold an active 6-20 or 3-20 insurance license.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

• Strong sales or customer service background (2+ years).

• Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

• Hardworking, reliable, and career-driven.

• Comfortable with travel and a “road warrior” lifestyle.

• Base salary: $40K–$45K + monthly performance bonuses (first-year earnings can hit $100K+).
