Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite with occasional WFH flexibility)


Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 + 10% Bonus | Full Benefits | 29 Days PTO/Holidays

 

A leading private equity-backed technology company in the mobile services and repair space is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and occasionally the Chief Customer Experience Officer. This is a mid-career opportunity for a steady, professional EA who excels in a corporate environment and is looking for a long-term, low-drama role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics

  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and internal communications

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners with professionalism and discretion

  • Assist with organizing leadership team meetings and tracking follow-ups

  • Occasionally support the Chief Customer Experience Officer as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a corporate setting

  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Technically proficient and confident with modern office tools

  • Highly organized, dependable, and self-sufficient

  • Based within a 30-minute commute to Southlake, TX

  • Comfortable working onsite with occasional remote days as workload allows
