Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Trade Support Administrator for a full-time, hybrid role located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Salary range is up to $65,000 with employee benefits and tremendous room for growth.
Our client is one of the largest interdealer brokers in the world with offices across the world.
This role combines administrative, operational, and customer service responsibilities to support day-to-day trade operations and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a multitasker, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Enter trade data into internal platforms and exchange systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Revise and resend trade details as needed
- Maintain accurate deal ticket records for brokers
- Monitor and manage supply inventory
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Respond to internal and external email inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the broker team
Customer Service Duties:
- Handle phone calls related to trade confirmations, errors, and client-initiated changes
- Communicate daily with clients’ back-office teams via email
- Open and update customer accounts with accurate information (contacts, addresses, fees)
- Coordinate client onboarding/offboarding (add/delete clients in system)
- Notify brokers of client updates, such as fee changes
- Resolve client issues via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing client needs
Compliance & Conduct:
- Adhere to internal control policies, operational risk standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Complete mandatory training by required deadlines
- Demonstrate integrity, diligence, and professionalism in daily responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Background in financial services and/or administration
- Prior experience in a customer support, administrative, or data entry role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communicator with a positive, client-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a high-pressure environment
