Overview
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of domestic and international shipments. This role supports daily operations by ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and communication across internal teams, clients, and carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries for time-sensitive shipments
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, or service issues
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, and customs forms
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve concerns
• Support temperature-controlled and high-priority shipments following company SOPs
• Maintain accurate data in logistics/TMS systems
• Assist with import/export compliance and documentation requirements
• Manage routing, special handling requests, and rate inquiries
• Ensure all shipment files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS or ERP systems a plus
• Willingness to support after-hours or on-call needs when required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
