As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll take ownership of processing invoices accurately and efficiently while managing vendor communications and resolving discrepancies. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end closings—all while juggling multiple priorities in a collaborative office environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and process accounts payable vouchers and manage outgoing payments.

• Communicate with vendors to reconcile balances and resolve issues.

• Accurately code vouchers with correct general ledger and vendor details.

• Audit and process vendor invoices (both product and non-product).

• Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and claim audits.

• Assist with month-end closing activities.

• Review vendor data for accuracy, including duplication checks.

What You Bring:

• Associate degree in Business or Accounting (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, including general ledger coding.

• Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables and lookups) and Microsoft Office.

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Clear, effective communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
