Job Description

We seeking a Temporary HR Specialist/HR Data Analyst to support a large-scale HR and Benefits system transition. 

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone comfortable working with HR data, Excel, and multiple systems.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: April 30th, 2026
• Location:  Lewisville, TX
• Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday, Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Data scrubbing and cleanup
• HR data analytics and reporting
• Integration and validation of employee data across systems
• Processing HR system updates including:
• New hires
• Salary changes
• Employee data corrections
• Completing IT tickets related to HR system changes
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of HR and benefits data

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Oracle and/or UKG
• Previous HR, HRIS, or HR data experience
