Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to oversee billing/collections operations and support the management of day-to-day AR functions.

This role ensures accurate invoicing, timely collections, and efficient workflow within the AR team while partnering with leadership and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing and payment posting

  • Manage collections, resolve customer account issues, and monitor aging reports

  • Support cash flow planning through short-term forecasting and AR reporting

  • Guide the AR team workflow to ensure deadlines, billing accuracy, and documentation compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus

  • 3+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience in a leadership role

  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP

  • Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
