HR Manager – Greater Charlotte Area | Client

Client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our Automotive & Industry business units in the Greater Charlotte Area, NC. This is a hands-on, full-cycle HR role overseeing HR operations for ~150 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding processes.

  • Develop HR policies, recommend updates, and ensure compliance.

  • Oversee salary administration, performance reviews, and talent management programs.

  • Manage relocation processes and work with global HR and compensation teams.

  • Direct employee development efforts and coordinate internal training agendas.

  • Lead employee relations initiatives and volunteer activities.

  • Partner with site Safety Manager to ensure workplace safety compliance.

  • Maintain all employment records and HRIS data integrity.

  • Represent Client in Worker’s Compensation, legal, and community matters.

  • Supervise HR team members and coordinate exit processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

  • 5–7+ years HR management experience.

  • Experience with ADP and SuccessFactors preferred.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
