About the Role

Leading technology company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Marketing to lead their growing marketing department. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and positioning the company as a leader in its space.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support aggressive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B Lead Generation, and Partner Marketing initiatives.
• Oversee branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for a complex portfolio of B2B products and solutions.
• Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate closely with multiple departments including Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.
• Manage Marketing P&L, measure ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns for performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key partners (up to 25% travel).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role overseeing a team.
• Strong expertise in B2B lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner marketing.
• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios
• Successful track record building/scaling high-performing marketing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Local to Miami/Fort Lauderdale area (or open to relocate)
