Scheduling Coordinator

Position Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for organizing and maintaining service schedules, including coordinating initial appointments and managing schedule changes. This role ensures effective communication between internal teams, field staff, and clients while maintaining accurate records and supporting inspection and workflow coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling of field service work, including adjustments and rescheduling as needed
  • Maintain and update master schedules, communicating changes or delays in a timely manner
  • Coordinate required inspections and track completion status and outcomes
  • Document and monitor inspection results, including follow-up on any issues
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and logs using internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with local agencies or external partners to resolve scheduling or permit-related matters
  • Utilize multiple systems to track job progress and ensure accurate updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient operations
  • Provide cross-coverage for team members when needed
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience required
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Prior scheduling or dispatch experience strongly preferred
