Key Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of experience in a law firm environment
• Background in property damage, insurance, or personal injury matters preferred
• Pre-litigation experience required
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload
• Strong communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Do

• Oversee pre-litigation files from intake through resolution
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and third parties in both English and Spanish
• Prepare basic legal documents and support the creation of demand packages
• Collect, review, and organize case-related materials such as claims, policies, photos, and supporting documentation
• Monitor case progress, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate, up-to-date files
