About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing legal team in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, a passion for advocating for injured clients, and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims
  • Conduct client intake meetings, investigations, and case evaluations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when necessary
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of each case
  • Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards under Missouri law

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases
  • Active member in good standing with the Missouri Bar
  • Strong knowledge of Missouri personal injury statutes and procedures
  • Proven negotiation and litigation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trial experience in Missouri courts
  • Experience negotiating complex or high-value injury claims
  • Client-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
