Job Title: Receptionist Location: Miami, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully in-office and requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate conference room reservations, and assist with office calendars.
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and special projects as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and building management regarding office maintenance and services.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
