A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team. This is a hands-on role with strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Perform variance analysis and investigate financial fluctuations
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Support complex areas including project, lease, and debt accounting
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting or audit experience preferred
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar a plus)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
