We're hiring an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing law firm in Coral Gables. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with providers regarding patient care.
  • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing.
  • Prepare and assemble demand packages.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the claims process.
  • Support attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process and assist with case preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • 1+ year of personal injury experience as a Paralegal.
  • Pre-litigation experience required.
  • Experience handling a high-volume caseload.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
