Internal Marketing & Special Projects Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)
Salary Starts at: $65,000 Base Salary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Internal Marketing & Special Projects Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives, internal communications, employee engagement programs, and strategic projects across the organization. This role will work closely with leadership, the PMO (Project Management Office), and various business units to drive communication, coordination, and successful project execution.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, possesses strong communication and internal marketing skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support company initiatives, organizational changes, and employee engagement.
- Create and distribute company announcements, newsletters, presentations, and internal marketing materials.
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
- Support employee engagement campaigns, recognition programs, and corporate events.
- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms and content.
PMO & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and follow up on key tasks.
- Assist with change management and communication efforts related to strategic initiatives.
- Develop project status reports and executive summaries.
Special Projects
- Support executive leadership on high-priority business initiatives and special projects.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare recommendations for decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across departments and act as a liaison between leadership, project teams, and employees.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure project and communication objectives align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, project coordination, PMO support, or a related role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work hybrid in Miami, Florida.
Preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership or corporate initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and PMO environments.
- Experience with employee engagement programs or change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of internal communication platforms and marketing tools.
