Contract Administrator (Coral Gables, FL) Pay: $50/hr Type: Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite/Remote Location: Coral Gables, FL Openings: 2
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Contract management experience, including reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements
- Strong contract and financial analysis skills with the ability to identify contractual and financial risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to independently review contract terms and connect business needs to contractual requirements
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
- Educational requirements may be substituted with documented experience in contracting and financial analysis
Main Focus: You'll manage a portfolio of contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including reviewing, drafting, negotiating, analyzing, and managing various corporate agreements. You'll evaluate contract terms, identify financial and contractual risks, and work closely with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers to ensure agreements meet business needs and deliver strong value to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze an assigned portfolio of contracts
- Review, draft, negotiate, and administer agreements
- Perform ongoing contract and financial analysis
- Identify contractual, financial, pricing, and sourcing risks
- Ensure goods and services are appropriately incorporated into contractual agreements
- Monitor contract performance and ensure terms and conditions are upheld
- Resolve sourcing, pricing, and contract-related issues
- Manage supplier relationships and support vendor negotiations
- Collect and analyze contract and capital purchasing data
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
- Collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors
- Manage multiple agreements and priorities while meeting established deadlines
