E-Discovery Paralegal / Litigation Support Analyst (Onsite - Orlando, FL)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Florida (downtown)

Compensation: Targeting around $80,000/year (DOE)

A well-established AmLaw law firm is seeking an E-Discovery Paralegal / Litigation Support Analyst to support litigation teams with eDiscovery operations and trial/hearing support. This role supports multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment and requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and a service mindset.

What You'll Do

eDiscovery / Litigation Technology Support

  • Support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle (collection coordination, processing, review support, productions).
  • Assist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, searches, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain matter workspaces and case configurations following firm standards and ESI protocols.

AI-Enabled Review Support

  • Assist with AI-enabled workflows (including Relativity aiR) for tasks such as review support, summarization, and issue identification.
  • Help prepare datasets, validate results, and escalate risks/anomalies to senior team members.
  • Follow secure/compliant guidelines for AI tool usage.

Productions & Deadline Management

  • Prepare production sets (redactions, formatting, privilege checks, QC).
  • Track production logs and delivery confirmations; communicate potential delays proactively.

Trial / Hearing Support

  • Assist with exhibits, witness binders, deposition materials, and demonstratives.
  • Help set up/test courtroom technology and support trial presentation tools (e.g., TrialDirector, OnCue, Final Exhibits, Adobe Pro).
  • Provide onsite or remote support during hearings/arbitrations/trials as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience (law firm or legal services environment).
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity / RelativityOne strongly preferred.
  • Relativity certifications (Review Pro / User) preferred.
  • Familiarity with TAR/analytics (email threading, clustering) is a plus.
  • Experience with trial presentation and exhibit tools is desired.
  • Comfortable working extended hours during peak litigation/trial periods; occasional travel may be required.
