Bilingual Medical Claims Processor – Entry Level (Downtown Miami, FL)
Pay: $21/hour + $150 monthly bonus
Type: Full-Time Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 100% Onsite

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)

• Basic understanding of medical insurance, deductibles, copays, claims, and insurance policies (Required)

• Previous experience in a doctor's office, medical office, healthcare, or health insurance environment preferred

• Salesforce or CRM experience is a strong plus

• Medical claims processing experience is a plus but not required

• Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and communication skills

• High school diploma or GED required

• Willingness to learn and potential to grow into a leadership role

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Main Focus: You'll review and process medical claims, verify insurance eligibility, deductibles, copays, payments, and member benefits. You'll use Salesforce and other systems to maintain accurate records, resolve claim discrepancies, and assist with insurance-related questions. We're looking for someone with basic healthcare insurance knowledge who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Growth Opportunity:

• Opportunity to advance into a Team Lead position within approximately 4–6 months based on performance

Bonus:

• $150 monthly bonus
