Pre-Litigation Assistant (Coral Gables, FL)
Pay: $26.44–$31.25/hour
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Onsite
Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Pre-litigation experience (Required)

• Personal Injury experience preferred, but strong pre-litigation experience in other areas of law will be considered

• Experience managing and organizing pre-litigation case files

• Knowledge of legal documentation and pre-litigation procedures

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with legal case management software preferred

Main focus: You'll support attorneys and legal teams throughout the pre-litigation process by maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, gathering documentation, and following up on outstanding information. You'll assist with case preparation, communicate with clients and other parties, and ensure cases progress efficiently toward resolution.
