Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Debt Consultant (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Orlando, FL (On-site)
Pay: $15–$17 per hour + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | No Weekends

Start Date: Immediate openings – looking to hire 2 candidates by the end of the month

About Us:
This client is a trusted and accredited debt resolution agency based in Orlando, Florida. We help individuals and businesses reduce or eliminate unsecured debt such as credit cards, medical bills, and payday loans. As our company grows, we are looking to expand our inside sales team with motivated individuals who are ready to make a difference.

Position Summary:
We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives to consult with warm, inbound leads and enroll qualified individuals into our debt relief programs. This is a contract-to-hire role with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultative sales calls with pre-qualified leads

• Explain program options and benefits to clients

• Assist clients through the enrollment process

• Meet and exceed performance goals

• Provide excellent service and maintain compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (especially phone sales)

• Strong communication skills

• Coachable, goal-driven, and reliable

• Must live within 45 minutes of Orlando and work on-site

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Must be available for weekend training before official start date

• Education not required but a plus

Compensation & Performance:

• Base Pay: $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience

• Commission: $125–$150 per enrolled account (first 10 accounts go to the house)

• Monthly Goal: 20–30 enrolled accounts in the first month

• Team Leads are eligible to earn overrides on team performance

• Paid training provided

Additional Details:

• No cold calling – all leads are inbound or transferred from partner companies

• Remote work is not available

• Maximum of 40 hours per week
