This is an exciting opportunity to work with key systems like Workday and Kronos, supporting teams across the organization and driving process improvements in time and attendance.

Assignment:2-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for time and attendance matters, collaborating with managers and departments to analyze and correct data.

  • Manage high-volume time entry adjustments across both current and closed pay periods.

  • Support system upgrades, testing, and special projects related to Time and Attendance platforms.

  • Create and maintain position profiles within the HR system.

  • Research and resolve issues related to Workday and Kronos, working with Payroll and HRIS teams as needed.

  • Deliver training to team members and assist with special projects.

  • Build and distribute detailed ad hoc reports and dashboards focused on payroll hours, labor costs, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure policy compliance and resolve accrual or balance issues.

  • Finalize payroll readiness and notify Payroll when hours are approved for processing.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface and import issues between Workday and Kronos.

  • Provide advanced support for end users via phone, email, and issue tracking systems.

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with vendors and partners when needed.

  • Test system changes in a development environment and document outcomes prior to deployment.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll time and attendance processing, with strong knowledge of FLSA and related legislation.

  • Proven ability to manage technical systems and high-volume data processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
