Job Description:

Our client, a respected boutique law firm in Royal Palm Beach, is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the managing partner, providing valuable mentorship and hands-on experience in a variety of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be passionate about practicing law and eager to contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in litigation matters, including appearing at hearings, depositions, mediation conferences, and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on construction litigation, evictions, HOA/Condo disputes, real estate contract review, or estate planning matters.
  • Manage a caseload of diverse litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Collaborate with the managing partner and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and timely updates on case progress.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while managing cases.

Requirements:

  • Must be an active member of the Florida Bar.
  • Proven experience in litigation, including participation in hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlements.
  • Knowledge of Construction Litigation, Evictions, HOA/Condo Litigation, Real Estate Contract Review, or Estate Planning is preferred.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
