Job Description: Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney
Experience: 5+ years
Bar Requirement: Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next Bar exam
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic commercial real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with a strong focus on retail and office leasing. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute complex commercial real estate transactions, including retail and office leasing.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on various real estate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Mentor junior associates and support their professional development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience, with significant experience in retail and office leasing.
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent drafting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a client-service focus.
- Team player who is proactive, takes initiative, and is a self-starter.
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next Bar exam.
