Requirements:

• Must be active member of the Florida Bar
• Responsible for drafting pleadings, complaints, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment
• Appears at mediation, settlement conferences
• Takes and defends depositions
• 3 + years of experience with first party property cases
