Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic relations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, and adoption proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive representation.
  • Participate in community outreach and client education initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law.
  • Strong knowledge of family law statutes and case law in Florida.
  • Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
