Seeking a legal assistant/paralegal for a firm that specializes in IP and Patent Litigation

Requirements:

• Responsibilities typical of a paralegal/legal assistant for a litigation based practice involving complex matters
• 2 or more years of experience with complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, or employment law
• Knowledge of litigation rules and the ability to format and review court filings
• Ability to work within deadlines
• Knowledge of software and databases normally associated with a litigation practice
• Experience maintaining an attorneys docket
• Ability to work under limited supervision, ability to communicate with all levels of clients and employees
• Intellectual property/trademark experience preferred
• USPTO Federal Filing experience highly preferred
