The Data Integrity and Compliance Specialist will have compliance and data entry experience in their background. This position is a contract to hire role in the Altamonte Springs area. This is a hybrid role.

Schedule: Hybrid | Monday - Friday | Midday shift | Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding memberships, fees, and compliance with rules and regulations
• Input and manage data using Excel, including Pivot Tables
• Manage a high volume of emails efficiently
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues from internal departments
• Handle escalated customer interactions professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, shareholders, and staff
