Position Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of channel marketing strategies, lead nurturing campaigns, and event coordination. This role is integral to enhancing partner engagement, driving brand awareness, and supporting sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with a blend of technical proficiency, creativity, and strong project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Coordination

  • Manage and organize all marketing assets in a centralized system
  • Design and implement targeted marketing automation campaigns across the customer journey using HubSpot
  • Execute lead nurturing workflows and optimize lead scoring models to align with sales goals
  • Collaborate with agency partners to enhance email marketing, landing pages, and digital engagement
  • Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce CRM for effective data capture and personalization

Event Management

  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and roadshows that elevate brand visibility
  • Handle all logistics: contracts, booth setup, shipping, travel, and on-site coordination
  • Develop and manage event-related materials including signage, giveaways, and digital displays
  • Track and report on event performance metrics and ROI
  • Maintain the master event calendar and manage communications with stakeholders

Partner Enablement & Channel Support

  • Support channel partners through the creation of training materials and marketing toolkits
  • Coordinate product launches, distributor engagement, and co-branded campaigns
  • Help strengthen brand awareness and alignment with partners
  • Manage budget planning and ensure marketing activities meet compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or channel marketing support
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in B2B environments and channel partner marketing is a plus
