Job Title: TEMP HR Generalist (Bilingual/Spanish)

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (100% Onsite)

A leading e-commerce company is seeking an HR Generalist to support its growing team in Midtown Manhattan.

This role will report to the HR Business Partner and focus on employee engagement, onboarding, HR administration, and day-to-day employee support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support.

  • Monitor HR inbox, respond to questions, and escalate issues to HRBP as needed.

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events.

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire experience.

  • Provide basic Workday support and system guidance to staff.

  • Schedule and manage logistics for company training programs.

  • Assist with benefits communications and annual open enrollment.

  • Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

  • 2+ years of HR experience; manufacturing experience a plus.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.

  • Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Midtown Manhattan.
