Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users in person, via phone, and electronically.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.

  • Research and troubleshoot technical inquiries using available resources.

  • Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

  • Administer and support a variety of applications and systems.

  • Monitor, track, and document issues, incidents, and resolutions.

  • Identify, escalate, and prioritize urgent issues as necessary.

  • Assist team members within areas of specialization and share knowledge.

  • Communicate key updates, challenges, and resolutions with the team.

  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or technical support experience.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
