Job Description 

REMOTE - EST work hours

40 hours per week ( Monday - Friday )

Background check and drug test is manditory

**Camera must be on at all times through training

• Collect additional information through phone or written communication.
• Research and verify details to complete the enrollment application.
• Ensure compliance with both state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Review supporting documentation for completeness and make final decisions/recommendations on applications.
• Create and update enrollment records in the relevant system(s).
• Process updates within the system as needed.
• Set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for provider Medicare payments.
• Investigate and respond to written inquiries regarding provider enrollment, both general and application-specific
• Participate in supportive activities, attend Provider Enrollment meetings, company-sponsored events, and training sessions.
