Ascendo Resources is partnering with a well-respected regional defense litigation firm that is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Greenville, South Carolina office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their litigation skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a variety of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience required
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina (in good standing)
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Experience in defense litigation is a plus
