Insurance Collections Representative — Kendall, FL

Pay: $24–$26/hour
Type: Contract — minimum 1 year
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
No weekends

Requirements:

• 2+ years of medical insurance collections/claims experience
• Experience reviewing, appealing, and disputing insurance claims
• Experience communicating directly with insurance companies/payers
• Payer portal experience
• UB-04 and HCFA/CMS-1500 knowledge — MUST HAVE
• EMR experience; Soarian or Epic is a plus
• Strong technical and multitasking skills

Main focus: Following up on unpaid/denied medical claims, working directly with insurance payers, resolving claim issues, and collecting outstanding insurance balances.
