Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, licensed Medicare Enrollment Specialist to assist individuals with understanding their health insurance options and navigating the Medicare enrollment process. The ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with Medicare enrollment and health insurance options.

• Educate prospective clients on available coverage and benefits.

• Build relationships with prospective customers and provide excellent service.

• Guide individuals through the enrollment process and required documentation.

• Communicate professionally with clients and address questions or concerns.

• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment records.

• Meet performance goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Health and/or Life Insurance License required:

  • Florida 2-15 or 2-40 license.

• Strong verbal communication and sales skills.

• Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required.

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
